Our breakthrough emerged from a stressed client in 2022. Their pivotal investor meeting was moved up by two hours, and they needed arrangements delivered to align. Rather than declaring it impossible, our team devised what we now call "flex-timing"—bouquets crafted to look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 1 PM.
